New discovery by law enforcement in the northern districts of Marseille. This Thursday, September 19, police officers from the Departmental Intervention Company (CDI) were on surveillance in the 15th arrondissement, more specifically around one of the drug dealing points in the Consolat estate.
At the time of the surveillance, in the middle of the afternoon, the drug dealing point was active, and the police decided to raid it. They then arrested a seller and a customer, aged 20 and 18.
At the point of sale, the police seized a little over a kilo of cannabis resin as well as cocaine. They also discovered more than 500 euros in cash.
The Consolat district has been targeted by law enforcement for several years due to persistent insalubrity and insecurity.
