A paddle tennis tournament for the benefit of the association
On Wednesday, September 18, the association and the events agency, Le Local, based in Vannes, organized a paddle tournament at the Beaumer tennis club to benefit 1 maillot pour la vie. “40 players registered for the tournament,” said Augustin Simon, co-founder of the agency.
“In total, €1,000 was collected,” he adds. “The association works to bring together sick children and professional athletes,” explains Séverine Ramelet, from 1 maillot pour la vie. “This event is also part of the opening of a branch of the association in Morbihan. We will soon be organizing an auction of jerseys and accessories to finance our actions,” she concludes.
