The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has announced the opening of applications for the ALECSO Prize for Creativity and Innovation for Young Researchers in the Arab World – in the field of green economy – Session of the University of Sharjah.
The Prize aims to support scientific and technological research, disseminate the culture of scientific research and encourage innovation and creativity among youth in the Arab world.
Candidates wishing to participate in this session are requested to submit their applications before October 25, 2024 on the website: http://httpss://ctiaward.alecso.org.
A scientific committee will be responsible for selecting projects on the basis of established criteria, namely the scientific and technological innovation skills of the researcher or research group, the industrial, economic and environmental repercussions of the projects and their capacity to achieve sustainable development objectives.
Indeed, the award ceremony will be held from November 20 to 22, 2024 at the University of Sharjah, on the occasion of the 2nd ALECSO forum for the twinning of Arab universities.
