Misano again: full program of the Emilia-Romagna GP

Two weeks later, the MotoGP World Championship returns to the Misano World Circuit Marco Simoncelli, this time for the Emilia Romagna GP – which promises to be different to the San Marino GP, despite being held on the same circuit.

In MotoGP, Jorge Martin leads the championship. The Prima Pramac rider is looking to react after the mistake that cost him pole positions in the San Marino GP, having a seven-point lead over Francesco Bagnaia (Ducati).

Marc Márquez (Gresini/Ducati) goes into this round with two consecutive wins and can start dreaming of a title fight – especially if he wins again – as he currently trails the leader by 53 points. However, Enea Bastianini (Ducati) is just behind, nine points behind.

After his third win of the year, Ai Ogura (MT Helmets-MSi/Boscoscuro) now leads Moto2, with a nine-point lead over teammate Sergio García, who is going through a difficult period. Joe Roberts (OnlyFans American Racing Team/Kalex) and Alonso López (SpeedUp/Boscoscuro) follow, both 42 points behind the leader.

For the first time in 2024, David Alonso (CFMOTO Aspar) missed out on the podium twice in a row. Nevertheless, the Colombian maintains a solid 70-point lead in the Moto3 World Championship, with Daniel Holgado (Red Bull GasGas Tech3) in second place. Collin Veijer (Liqui Moly Husqvarna Intact GP) and Iván Ortolá (MT Helmets-MSi/KTM) are tied for third, both 73 points off the top.

Here are all the times (CET time) for the Emilia Romagna GP in all categories, which you can follow here on Motorcycle Sports.
