is not just about news items and to prove it to you, the Phocaean city bends over backwards and opens its heart to you for a weekend. Here are some sites that might appeal to you during the European Heritage Days, on September 21 and 22, 2024.

The Radiant City

Built between 1947 and 1952 by the architect Le Corbusier, the Cité Radieuse has the rare distinction of being a social housing residence… listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It is a living building, as it is still inhabited, but on the occasion of the Heritage Days, everyone is free to visit it and discover its colorful history.

The Restanques Conservatory

Take advantage of the Heritage Days to get back to nature, it’s possible at the Restanques Conservatory. Hidden on the heights of Marseille, this six-hectare Mediterranean park opens its doors to you and offers free or guided tours through its agroecological vegetable garden, its aromatic and medicinal herb garden and its beehives.

Caroline Hospital
