The SEED Green Entrepreneurship Awards 2024 announce this year’s winners, highlighting eco-inclusive businesses in Morocco that stand out for their innovation and impact in sustainable development.

Organised by SEED, the SEED Awards in Morocco are sponsored by the Flemish government. These awards aim to highlight local companies that are actively contributing to a greener and more sustainable future.

This year, SEED has launched a call for applications to select 10 finalists and a single winner of the SEED Green Entrepreneurship Awards. By participating in the awards, the winners will receive financial rewards, as well as expert advice on business and the green economy.

The 2024 winners

    • Price : 15,000 euros
    • Support : 12 months of tailored capacity building and one-on-one expert advice.
    • Company Description : Creating hydroponic farms in rural areas using nutrient-rich water solutions to grow plants in environments where traditional agriculture is not feasible.

Finalists:

They will receive 6 months of group capacity building and expert advice.

    • Company Description : Collects surplus food to redistribute it to communities in need, contributing to the preservation of natural resources such as water, energy and land.

    • Price : 5,000 euros
    • Company Description : Attracts local tourists and preserves tree resources through argan reforestation and sustainable agricultural practices.
  3. ACELECTRONICPLC
    • Price : 5,000 euros
    • Company Description : Transforms plastic waste into 100% eco-friendly panels, offering a sustainable alternative to conventional materials.
  4. TechinHand
    • Price : 5,000 euros
    • Company Description : Uses 3D printing and sustainable materials to create functional design objects, including furniture and decorative elements.
  5. PGPRTechnologies
    • Price : 5,000 euros
    • Company Description : Transforms waste into high-value biofertilizers, reducing environmental degradation and strengthening agricultural resilience.
  6. JAFIFEByBEKRATechnology
    • Price : 5,000 euros
    • Company Description : Provides digitalized solar drying systems for agricultural products, reducing energy consumption through a mobile application.
  7. Somebody
    • Price : 5,000 euros
    • Company Description : Offers biofertilizers based on marine algae, contributing to carbon sequestration, soil restoration and biodiversity conservation.
  8. TamudaCulture
    • Price : 5,000 euros
    • Company Description : Uses innovative agricultural techniques like permaculture to preserve biodiversity and reduce pesticide use, while offering ecotourism experiences.
  9. Nes Park
  • Price : 5,000 euros
  • Company Description : Collects, sorts and recycles a variety of materials, including electronic and plastic waste, and offers home or on-site collection services.
  1. Wormwood
  • Price : 5,000 euros
  • Company Description : Develops high added value organic fertilizers, certified organic without pesticide residues or weed seeds.

The winning companies of the SEED Green Entrepreneurship Awards 2024 stand out for their significant eco-inclusive impact.
