Brownfield Ag Weather Today
Frigid weather across the eastern half of the U.S. will slowly ease, although the threat of frost and light freezes in Florida’s citrus belt will persist into Friday and Saturday mornings. By week’s end, however, temperatures across the remainder of the central and eastern U.S. will have rebounded to near- or above-normal levels. Meanwhile, colder air will arrive in the West. Additionally, much-needed precipitation, albeit mostly light, should fall during the weekend across central and southern California, the Great Basin, and the Southwest. Farther east, weekend rain should develop in the South, mainly from eastern Texas to the southern Appalachians. Elsewhere, mostly dry weather should prevail during the next 5 days in the Pacific Northwest, Midwest, central and southern Plains, and Atlantic Coast States.
