CANAL+ is in the process of sending emails to its customers to inform them of a technical malfunction which may have occurred a few weeks ago.
No increase coming
The customer area of many subscribers showed an increase in the package of two euros per month. However, this would be due to a computer bug and would have resulted in a letter being sent to subscribers informing them of the upcoming price increase.
But ultimately, the increase will not take place and the subscription will continue under the same conditions, whether the price or the duration as indicated in the email sent by CANAL+ to its subscribers.
Good news for people who received this email even if CANAL+'s explanation of a technical malfunction seems a little light.
