Forty young basketball players, all wearing “Spurs” and “Wembanyama” T-shirts, are raising the temperature at the bottom of a stand at the Maurice-Thorez sports center in Nanterre. Ball in hand, black felt hats drawn, they raise their voices to celebrate the return of the JSF prodigy who has become a superstar on the court.
