Rainy weather in the south of France
It is therefore rainy weather which is imposed this morning in the south of France, particularly in the south-east of the country.
This turbulent weather causes snowfall in the Alps and the Massif Central from 1,000 meters above sea level. Due to sometimes negative temperatures in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region, It is advisable to remain cautious on sometimes slippery roads. It snows lightly in the Pyrenees above 1,200 meters.

This afternoon, the evolution of the morning grays should be favorable in the north of the country.
Beautiful clearings are therefore expected in the north of France this afternoon, notably between Brittany, Pays de la Loire and Normandy. In the northeast, the sky will be cloudy.
On the other hand, in the south of the country, weather conditions will remain disrupted, particularly in the southeast. The rain-snow limit will nevertheless rise to 1,300 meters in the Massif Central and the Alps, and to 1,400 meters in Corsica. Some rain is also expected towards Gironde this afternoon.

Temperatures were still cold this morning with many frosts, and locally quite severe frosts, with values that can be around -5 degrees.
This afternoon, temperatures are forecast to be 1°C in Dijon, 2°C in Lille, 4°C in Paris and Lyon, 6°C in Rennes and Le Mans, 9°C in Aurillac and Montélimar, 11°C in Montpellier, 12°C in Biarritz, 13°C in Nice and 15°C in Ajaccio.
