If he wants to be able to cross swords with Rachida Dati, current Minister of Culture and leading in the polls in the capital, the environmentalist senator from Paris will already have to win the internal nomination of his party, scheduled for March. Four other candidates are also in the running: deputies David Belliard and Anne-Claire Boux, the president of the environmental group on the Paris council Fatoumata Koné and Aminata Niakaté. Jadot says he has met them all. “I am proposing a scenario which is not that of competition between environmentalists. In the end, anyway, our activists will decide by a vote”he explains.
