The coldest temperatures of this cold burst are arriving tonight for Spokane | Weather

Martin Luther King Jr. Day will start off quite cold with well-below average temperatures for the entire Inland Northwest. Spokane will be in the low teens while northern valleys will be in the single digits. Southern valleys such as the LC Valley will hold in the upper-teens, low-20s.

Though temperatures warm slightly through the middle of the week, most areas will stay below freezing temperatures even during the day.

A weak system arriving Thursday evening shows promise of bringing very light accumulating snow. For most, the accumulation is expected to stay under two inches at this point.
