WLWT. MUCH OF THAT PLAN IN D.C. CHANGING BECAUSE OF THE WEATHER. AND WE’RE EXPERIENCING QUITE A ARCTIC BLAST BACK HOME. YEAH, DEFINITELY GOING TO BE COLD OUT THERE. IF YOU’RE HEADING OUT TO CELEBRATE FOR MLK DAY TOMORROW. THE BIG MARCH IN THE MORNING. MAKE SURE TO WEAR LAYERS BECAUSE IT IS GOING TO BE FRIGID OUT THERE FIRST THING, AND JUST PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR BODY, YOUR HEALTH. AS WE GO THROUGH EARLY THIS WEEK, BIG DANGER OF THAT WIND CHILL AFFECTING FOLKS OUT THERE, ESPECIALLY OUTSIDE. SO LIMIT YOUR TIME OUTSIDE IF YOU CAN. BUT AS WE GET THROUGH THIS ARCTIC BLAST, WE ARE STAYING DRY. SO WE HAD SOME SNOW TODAY, BROUGHT DOWN SOME DECENT SQUALLS AT TIMES THROUGH PARTS OF OUR AREA. SOME GOOD HEAVY SNOWFALL AS WE GO THROUGH THIS WEEK THOUGH THAT WINTER FEEL NOT REALLY GOING ANYWHERE ANYTIME SOON. THE ARCTIC BLAST. IT’S A SHORTER WINDOW, BUT WE WILL HAVE TO DEAL WITH IT. UNFORTUNATELY, FOR A FEW DAYS HERE, SO WE STILL HAVE SOME LIGHT SNOW IN PARTS OF THE EASTERN SIDE OF THE METRO WITHIN THE 275 LOOP. SO MADEIRA OUT TO MILFORD, SEEING SOME OF THOSE LIGHTER RETURNS THERE ON RADAR AS WE TRAVEL FURTHER OFF TO THE EAST. SO PARTS OF CLINTON COUNTY, WARREN COUNTY HAS BEEN SEEING THAT HEAVY SNOWFALL. THEY SAW SOME SNOWFALL, SNOW SQUALL WARNINGS EARLIER THIS EVENING. AND THOSE TRAFFIC CAMS I KEPT AN EYE ON REALLY DETERIORATING CONDITIONS ON THOSE ROADS THAT HAS SINCE CLEARED UP, BUT STILL SOME OKAY, DECENT BANDS OF SNOW THERE AND THAT GOES THROUGH PARTS OF CLERMONT COUNTY INTO BROWN COUNTY, AROUND MOUNT AUBURN, SEEING A LITTLE BIT OF A DARKER BLUE BLOB THERE MOVING ITS WAY IN THROUGH THERE. AND THEN ALSO HEADING OUT OF ADAMS COUNTY AND PARTS OF HIGHLAND COUNTY. STILL SOME LIGHT FLURRY ACTION INTO THAT REGION. WE’LL STILL HAVE A FEW MORE FLURRIES TO GO. THIS SYSTEM KIND OF JUST WRAPPING UP THAT MOISTURE FROM THE LAKES MAKING ITS WAY DOWN HERE, JUST TO GIVE US ENOUGH OF A LITTLE BIT OF MOISTURE TO KEEP AT LEAST SOME LIGHT SNOW LIGHT FLURRIES GOING FOR TONIGHT, BUT GENERALLY MOSTLY DRY. WE DO HAVE THAT COLD WEATHER ADVISORY, THOUGH, THAT GOES INTO EFFECT OVERNIGHT TONIGHT, LASTING THROUGH WEDNESDAY MORNING. AND THAT IS FOR THE WIND CHILLS THAT ARE GOING TO BE FRIGID RIGHT NOW. ACTUAL TEMPERATURES LOWER 20S TO OUR SOUTH AND EAST. TEENS THROUGH PARTS OF CINCINNATI, LOVELAND, LOWER TEENS OUT IN BROOKVILLE, OUT INTO BATESVILLE, OLDENBURG AREA. AND THOSE WINDS. WE’VE STILL BEEN SEEING WIND GUSTS CURRENT SUSTAINED WINDS 11 TO 10, EVEN 15 MILES AN HOUR. 19 RIGHT NOW IN PARTS OF HAMILTON, THOSE GUSTS UP TO 20 PLUS MILES AN HOUR AS WE GO THROUGH THE OVERNIGHT. SO MOST OF THE FEELS LIKE IN THE SINGLE DIGITS AND JUST STARTING TO SEE THOSE BELOW ZERO. WIND CHILLS ENTERING IN FROM THE NORTHWEST. SO ACTUAL TEMPERATURES TONIGHT AS WE CONTINUE ON, WE’LL KEEP FALLING DOWN THROUGH THE TEENS. EVENTUALLY, EVERYONE DOWN INTO THOSE SINGLE DIGITS, EVEN NEAR ONE DEGREE OR SO. BY EARLY PARTS OF TOMORROW MORNING. BUT DEFINITELY FEELING MUCH COLDER IN THE AFTERNOONS. DON’T GET BETTER FOR US. WE’LL BE STAYING IN THE TEENS THROUGHOUT THE NEXT SEVERAL DAYS. IT’S NOT REALLY UNTIL WEDNESDAY THAT WE BREAK 20 DEGREES, AND EVEN THAT ISN’T GOING TO FEEL LIKE 20 WEATHER IMPACT DAYS HERE, JUST BECAUSE OF THAT COLD WIND CHILL, DANGEROUS WIND CHILL OUT THERE AS WE GO THROUGH THE OVERNIGHT AND THE MORNING. SO EVEN TONIGHT WE’LL STILL SEE THOSE WIND CHILLS BELOW ZERO, FIVE, SIX, SEVEN DEGREES. BUT BY TOMORROW MORNING, ALL THE WAY DOWN TO TEN PLUS DEGREES BELOW ZERO, POTENTIALLY SOME AREAS GETTING TO 15 DEGREES BELOW ZERO. SO THAT’S WHY I SAY IF YOU’RE HEADING OUT TO THE MLK MARCH TOMORROW MORNING BEFORE THE PROGRAM CONTINUES THERE TO THIS MUSIC HALL PLAN TO DRESS IN LAYERS. I KNOW THEY HAVE SOME WARMING BUSSES ALONG WITH THAT MARCH AS WELL, BUT AS WE GO THROUGH THE REST OF THE MORNING INTO THE AFTERNOON, CONDITIONS DON’T REALLY IMPROVE OUR HIGHS. GETTING INTO THE TEENS, FEELING THOUGH, LIKE WE’RE STUCK IN THE SINGLE DIGITS THERE THROUGH MONDAY AFTERNOON INTO MONDAY NIGHT. WE’LL SEE THOSE TEMPERATURES FALLING BACK DOWN INTO THE SINGLE DIGITS. THOSE WIND CHILLS AGAIN DOWN BELOW ZERO. SO THE PLANS FOR TOMORROW, AS I MENTIONED, STARTING THE MORNING RIGHT AROUND ONE, TWO, THREE DEGREES. TEENS BY THE AFTERNOON FEELING LIKE THREE. AND THEN AS WE GO THROUGH THE EVENING, WE’LL BE RIGHT AROUND ZERO FOR THAT WIND CHILL FACTOR. IT’S NOT UNTIL THE END OF THE
