Second queen of Saint-Marcellin from the Richard dynasty in , Renée Richard reigned over the beautiful cheese stall at Halles Paul-Bocuse. There she continued the work of her mother, the famous “Mother Richard” who had in her time, in 1965, opened a small creamery in the former Halles des Cordeliers. From mother to daughter, the passion for contact with restaurateurs, Lyon customers and travelers from all countries remained intact.
