Announced to start at the back of UBB to face the Sharks, this Sunday afternoon, during the 4th day of the Champions Cup, Louis Bielle-Biarrey withdrew, due to dizziness.
Louis Bielle-Biarrey was not there. Announced to start at the back against the Sharks, following the absence of Romain Burros, injured in the ankle, the French international finally withdrew from the Champions Cup match. Even though UBB had, once again, bet on him, the 21-year-old winger did not face the South Africans in this decisive match for first place in Group A, feeling unwell.
Dizziness, no more worry
Bielle-Biarrey was the victim of “dizziness” according to the Gironde staff. “He’s not well, he can’t play,” said a member of the staff.
The player did not participate in pre-match training with his team either and his dizziness is believed to be linked to his inner ear. Without this causing any particular concern for the start of the VI Nations Tournament with the XV of France.
