How did you experience the day of filming?
“It was enriching, because it shows the behind the scenes of a television show. But also and above all tiring with a good dose of stress. Working with two cameras constantly trained on you puts pressure on you. The tension increases a notch in the presence of the great professionals making up the jury, in particular the view of Bruno Cormerais, best baker in France.

What were your feelings on Wednesday evening after the report was broadcast?
“We appreciated the quality and accuracy of the assembly carried out. That was our fear: a report that did not faithfully reflect the reality of the filming. Concern lifted by the good quality of the images highlighting the brand and especially the work of the team. Some of our clients have already congratulated us on our service while admitting their disappointment with the result. Others express their satisfaction at having seen us other than in passing in the store (laughs). »
-What is your comment on the result?
“Our colleagues at La Fabrik deserve victory. We feel that they had prepared well for the show, unlike us who were a little less in the spirit of the competition. We congratulate Anne-Sophie, David and Maxence for the quality of their performance and the originality of their productions. All our wishes for success accompany them as they continue the adventure.
