On January 16th, Nintendo released a preview video for its new game hardware, “Nintendo Switch 2.” Scheduled to be released in 2025, price has not been determined.
“Nintendo Switch 2” has finally been officially announced. In the preview video, you can see a more rounded body and a new Joy-Con that snaps into place, and in the second half of the video (from 1 minute 40 seconds onwards) you can see a video of Mario Kart being played. This “Mario Kart” video features a rainbow-colored dash board and a course with the words “Mario Bros. Circuit” written on it, and people on social media are predicting that it is the latest installment in the series.
-The “Mario Kart” series has not been released for about four and a half years since “Mario Kart Live Home Circuit” released in 2020, and the numbering title has stopped at “Mario Kart 8 Deluxe” released in 2017. Expectations are high whether a new Mario Kart will be released as a launch title for Nintendo Switch 2.
