New from Thursday to Wednesday

Promotions at Coop will now take place from Thursday instead of Tuesday. The specialist stores and Coop City are also affected.

Tuesday is a special day for bargain hunters. From this day onwards, product promotions will start at many retailers, where you can buy selected items at a discount.

However, this will soon no longer apply to Coop. As the retailer announced in its in-house newspaper, the promotional period is changing. Instead of Tuesday, promotions now apply from Thursday to Wednesday.

According to Coop, this has to do with the change in the purchasing behavior of customers; many would now shop on the weekend.

The new changes will also apply to specialist stores and Coop City. The current actions, which have been running since Tuesday, will continue until next Wednesday to ensure a smooth transition.

There are also changes to the in-house “Coopzeitung”. This will now also appear on Thursday instead of Tuesday.

Migros stays with Tuesday

Migros has no plans to change plans. The period from Tuesday to Monday will be stuck there, as Blue News says. Nothing will change at Denner in the short term either. (ome)
