The fairy tale continues for the Vosges on the world biathlon circuits. After the superb performances of Fabien Claude (at Oberhof last week), it is now the turn of his little brother Émilien to enjoy the joys of a podium in the World Cup. Starting with bib 39 on his shoulders during the individual in Ruhpolding (Germany), the youngest of the siblings completed the perfect race, at 20/20 shooting.
Only beaten by the Norwegian Vebjoern Soerum, the Bassurois finished 52.1 seconds behind the winner, 4.7 seconds ahead of the Latvian Andrejs Rastorgujevs, who completed the box. He signed the best performance of his career.
