We expect a slight warm spell on Wednesday and Thursday morning (0 to 2°C) but frost will return in the second part and at the end of the week despite positive temperatures in the afternoon (gradual melting of the snow). On the other hand, we are far from the cold wave stage and still far from the record which is -30.1°C dating from 1940!

You shouldn’t expect any wonders from this day. A famous layer of low clouds extends from Koksijde to Arlon, leaving no chance for the sun to even show the tip of its nose. Little thermal amplitude and temperatures which will stagnate or rise only slowly due to low flow.

In the afternoon, we take the same ones and start again! A leaden sky and one or the other drop on the relief where the thaw will be confirmed (1-2°C).
