Formalization is imminent. Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, 23, best player in Serie A in 2022/2023 during Naples' Serie A title, will soon be a new player for Paris SG. The Georgian, also the best young player in the Champions League that same year, should quickly take a plane to the capital.
