Since yesterday, Thursday 01/08/2025 at 5:00 p.m., the situation has been calm and the results show 11 minor injuries in the Nord department, who did not require transport to hospital.

The passage of vehicles for clearing and salting-sanding roads and highways continues and care must be taken to facilitate their work. As a reminder, it is prohibited to overtake a salting-sandblasting machine during an operation under penalty of a fine of 135 euros.
Bertrand Gaume, prefect of the North, thanks the action of the forces, in particular the SDIS Nord, since the start of the snowy episode, but also of the national police of the North, the national gendarmerie of the North, the DIR, the SANEF and other road and motorway network managers, and the Nord departmental council.
State services are mobilized to monitor the evolution of the meteorological phenomenon in the Nord department.
