Big Brother, episode 13 January 2025: the report cards

Cesara Buonamici fierce, vote 9: the commentator hasn’t missed a beat for two weeks, especially when there is a confrontation between Jessica Morlacchi, to whom he openly and without frills says that she has disrespected the game and its audience by retiring, and Helena Prestes. He points out to the latter that instead of boasting about having won he could have done something to convince Morlacchi to stay. Finally Buonamici gets straight to the point, biting when it is necessary to do so, without getting lost in questions that add nothing to the block.

The meeting between Zeudi Di Palma and his mother, vote 8: a decidedly powerful moment on an emotional level is the one involving two strong women united by an equally deep and authentic relationship. We are talking about Zeudi and his mother, a meeting made up of hugs and tears, where love and sincerity reign supreme, with the gieffina admitting the difficulties she encountered in telling the woman who gave her life about her sexuality , meeting the consent of the mother who had deeply understood her daughter’s sexual orientation even before she came out through a letter. Beyond the moment full of pathos, what strikes us more than anything else are the words of the mother, who confesses that she was afraid of society when Zeudi revealed to her the secret that she had carried inside since she was about 15 years old and thanks the GF because the “the Zelena phenomenon“, which should be “normality, natural“, is leading many young people to free themselves from the fear of coming out to their parents. In short, the woman sends a nice message, inviting those who watch the reality show to “don’t be afraid“.

Ilaria Galassi right, vote 7: he was wrong and he admitted it several times over the last few days and live. But beyond this, which is still no small thing, she is the only one who seems to be aware of the seriousness of her previous actions (let’s talk about the aggression towards Helena when she spoke about her son), so much so that she has no doubts about deserving of elimination even before discovering the result of the televoting. Already this small step, taken in the episode, denotes a certain maturity, even if his past attitude is unjustifiable and the cheating on Monsè, at least tonight, could have been avoided…

Shaila Gatta wins the televote but has no personality, vote 5: we are happy that he still has the chance to demonstrate who he is and continue his journey inside the house, but our hope is that he will return to being the free, exuberant and light-hearted person we met at the beginning of the edition, because there is nothing left of that person. It’s completely shut down now, and it’s a real shame since it could go very far.

Alfonso Signorini pretend nothing happened, vote 4: Let’s reiterate, one step forward and two steps back. We always talk about the rules, but they are regularly not respected, as happened again this evening, with Jessica Morlacchi reporting information from the outside and Signorini remaining silent, pretending nothing had happened and effectively granting her the freedom to transgress the rules of the game . And it’s not even the first time if you think about it: last year too with Heidi Baci (her mother had given her a note) no action was taken, but at least there was a formal reprimand from the production and from the host himself. In this edition, both when we talked about external messages received by Luca Calvani and when Jessica Morlacchi said ‘everyone saw it’ there wasn’t even a small reprimand, in fact Signorini changed the subject.

Luca Calvani acts and hides, vote 4: This evening we had confirmation that something was hidden, at least according to Jessica’s words, which in any case has now become less than credible in the eyes of most. The fact is, whatever the truth, that Calvani has his responsibilities in the situation that arose with Morlacchi, because if you know that a person close to you has a feeling other than pure friendship – and she told him so, even given that this dynamic also came out in the episode – avoid entering her bed, continuing to give her affection in a slightly too intimate way and inviting her to “dream and love“after having”sorted things out at home“. We don’t know if other statements are true or false, but this alone is enough for us to reject him. And then how badly he acts: he seems like the protagonist of a soap opera with those long pauses between one word and another aimed at creating a suspense that it’s just annoying.

Helena Prestes eliminated and rightly so, vote 3: let’s now move on to Helena, who deservedly left the house after showing an aggression that surpasses all limits. During the episode she admits that she was wrong, but then asks the audience to allow her to continue her journey into the house, as if what she did, after all, was a small thing (but – spoiler – it’s not like that). The former gieffina, apparently certain of remaining on the show although calm at the beginning, leaves in tears and does not seem to realize that the gesture with the kettle and the bread are unacceptable and denote a serious problem in interpersonal relationships. You are in a program where you should live (and share) civilly with a group of people and not break ranks for everything that doesn’t go the way you want.

Jessica Morlacchi he changes his game and does it badly, vote 3: Nothing, even once he abandons the GF’s house he makes a strategy, appearing hypocritical and inconsistent. Morlacchi returns to the reality show to confront Helena Prestes and becomes a little lamb: she confronts the model, who she called an ‘imbecile’ only a week ago, in a peaceful manner, and then radically changes her attitude when she meets Luca Calvani, becoming ferocious in words and revealing intimate details that he could also keep to himself, without flaunting them in public. Since it is no longer a competitor of the Big Brothercould have left the scene with style, limiting himself to apologizing to those directly involved and to the public, but instead he proved once again that he had none.
