Paris, Jan 10 (EFE).- Signed as a free player from Real Madrid in the summer of 2023, the Spanish international Marco Asensio (28 years old) appears, along with the Slovakian center back Milan Skriniar and the French striker Randal Kolo Muani, as footballers to whom PSG is open to selling in this winter market, according to ‘L’Équipe’.
As a possible reinforcement, Luis Enrique’s team is thinking about Napoli’s Georgian forward Khvicha Kvaratskhelia.
Asensio, who started the season as a starter and has a contract until 2026, has been losing prominence and has added 18 minutes in the last eight league games. Since the start of the season, he has two goals and four assists in 11 games.
According to ‘L’Équipe’, English and Spanish clubs are interested, although the big obstacle is the player’s high salary, which is around 10 million gross euros per year.
The newspaper pointed out that both Asensio, Skriniar and Kolo Muani could enter the PSG operation to make the signing of Kvaratskhelia cheaper, valued at 85 million euros.
The forward, 23 years old and with a contract until 2027, has, so far, five goals and three decisive passes in 17 games with Naples. EFE
