EXCLUDED Moment of anxiety in the middle of the Star Academy 2024 prime for a candidate: “There is just one time when…”

The prime of January 4, 2025 was notably marked by the elimination of Ulysses from the Star Academy 2024. After returning to his adventure, having mentioned his partner Lily or even giving the name of the person he sees winning the adventure, the 25-year-old young man returned to Charles’ discomfort in full swing. The opportunity to discover that he also experienced a small disappointment during filming.

We learned that Charles had felt unwell in full prime time last Saturday. What happened?

Charles felt a little unwell. I think he’s been a little ill lately. But I wasn’t there when it happened, so I can’t give too many details. But he’s fine. I think he had a blood pressure drop or something.

Have you ever had a disappointment like this happen to you?

All the bonuses went relatively well. There was just one time I had a little anxiety attack before. I think it was the show just before the tour prime. It put a little pressure on me, I was also nominated that evening. My heart raced a little, it was a little difficult to breathe. But it went by pretty quickly. Once I started singing, it felt better.

You confided that you had lost weight during the adventure. How many pounds have you lost?

It’s true that I lost quite a bit of weight. I lost 5 kilos I think, I haven’t weighed myself since my release. I didn’t think it would be so physical. I don’t know if we realize it, but the pace is quite brisk. We’re rehearsing all the time, we try to sleep as best we can in the evening and as soon as we can, we rest, but it’s quite intense.

What was the most difficult thing for you in this adventure?

I think it was being away from my loved ones. Community life too (laughs). At the beginning, there were 15 of us, so it was obviously noisy all the time. It was hard to find time for yourself. Gradually, there were fewer and fewer people and we became acclimatized. So it’s getting simpler and simpler.

Why didn’t you share a room with the girls towards the end of the adventure?

I don’t know (laughs). I know that I wanted to stay alone in my room, always my ‘I want to be alone’ side. Afterwards I don’t know why the others didn’t sleep together.
