The head of Vietnam’s presidential office Lê Khanh Hai and his Mongolian counterpart Gombojav Zandanshatar, visiting Vietnam from January 9 to 14, called for strengthening cooperation between the two units, particularly in the regular exchange of delegations and the implementation implementation of signed agreements.

During a reception in Hanoi, Lê Khanh Hai highlighted the good development of relations between the two countries. The two sides have supported each other in various fields such as national construction and development, and maintained close cooperation through the Party, state and government, while promoting people-to-people exchanges.
Areas of cooperation include politics, diplomacy, economy, trade, investment, agriculture and education, which have been expanded and strengthened with concrete results, he noted.
-The two countries elevated their relations to the level of comprehensive partnership during the visit of General Secretary of the Communist Party and then President of Vietnam To Lam to Mongolia in September 2024, opening a new chapter in bilateral relations, he noted.
He expressed confidence that the signing of a cooperation agreement between the two offices during this visit would promote the exchange of information and experiences and strengthen cooperation in important areas.
Gombojav Zandanshatar, in turn, expressed his desire to strengthen cooperation between the two offices and develop the areas of economy, trade, tourism and other sectors of mutual interest in the future.
