PowerColor releases teasers of its future AMD RX 9000!

If the RTX 50s are eagerly awaited, moreover, the first cards are starting to leak, we must not forget AMD. Certainly the company will not play in the same category, but we could be surprised in the sector mainstream. Let's see what comes out of the brand's conference at CES. In all cases, PowerColor, the company's partner, raises the temperature by thesis on its RX 9000 from the Hellhound and Red Devil series!

RX 9000 Hellhound et Red Devil, les teasers released by PowerColor!

Of course, the teasers shared by the brand do not reveal the complete maps, only a few elements. In the case of the Red Devil series, we do not notice a drastic change per se. Indeed, we would therefore find a card equipped with a heatsink with three fans without lighting RGB too flashy. Furthermore, looking at the hull, the brand does not seem to have made any major changes, at least at first glance.

As for the Hellhound series, this is where the biggest changes seem to have been made. Indeed, the rear has been reworked and offers a more premium appearance. We then leave aside the rectangular concrete block type shape of the previous series. Idem, the opening of the backplate is more substantial than on the RX 7000 while the lighting has also been reworked. We'll see during the announcement if the fans are still illuminated, but regardless, a blue light bar is now present.

Furthermore, the brand has still not given any news regarding its Reaper series which was teased before the end of year holidays. We still do not know how this card offer will be positioned. In any case, with AMD, don't expect cards to rival the biggest series from NVIDIA, with the RX 9700 series, the reds will compete with the RTX 5060, RTX 5070 or even perhaps RTX 5070 Ti.
