A deep conviction – Olivier Gourmet: “My fear was to see a copy and paste from Dupont-Moretti”

The very good first film by Antoine Raimbault with Marina Foïs and Olivier Gourmet will be broadcast this Monday evening on 3. We met the latter at the 2019 Festival des Arcs to talk to us about his interpretation of Eric Dupont-Moretti.

From a real news item, Antoine Raimbault created a (first) punchy film: An intimate conviction, Or Olivier Gourmet interprets a Eric Dupont-Moretti at once larger than life but also and surprisingly very far from the truth. A fragile balance like the film which constantly plays on this chord to better distill its point.

We reshare our interview with the Belgian actor, to wait until the film is broadcast, at 9:05 p.m. on France 3.
