The Golden State Warriors will be shorthanded to start their road back-to-back on Saturday in Inglewood against the Los Angeles Clippers. After Stephen Curry was ruled out on Friday, another key piece to Steve Kerr’s rotation will be sidelined against the Clippers.
Before tipoff in Los Angeles, Draymond Green was ruled out for Saturday’s contest due to a lower back contusion.
Friday will mark Green’s fourth missed game of the 2024-25 season. Golden State’s game against the Clippers will be Curry’s fifth missed game of the season.
With Green joining Gary Payton II and Stephen Curry on the sideline, the Warriors will have a thin rotation on Friday in Los Angeles. Dennis Schroder, Buddy Hield, Brandin Podziemski and Jonathan Kuminga will lead the Warriors against the Clippers.
Following their game against the Clippers on Friday, the Warriors will travel to Phoenix for the second leg of a back-to-back against the Suns on Saturday.
