Bruno Rejony was 52 years old. He was “a well-known figure in the Loire”, reports the local newspaper, of which he was a regular interlocutor as a member of the CGT railway workers’ union section. The train driver joined the SNCF in 1997, where he held a position as a local staff representative.
He confided his grief on Facebook
Progress found publications on his Facebook profile in which Bruno Rejony “confided about the difficulties of life”. The last message, published on December 13, mentions “the absence of someone who misses him” accompanied by a broken heart.
The community of railway workers is inevitably marked by the disappearance of one of its own. Contacted by the daily, the regional management of the SNCF confirmed that a psychological unit had been opened for its agents.
