On Monday December 23 at 9:10 p.m., M6 broadcasts Anti-gang, the relief. A French action film, led by Alban Lenoir who stopped at nothing!
On August 19, 2015, director Benjamin Rocher hit it big with a muscular action film, sprinkled with touches of humor: Antigang. On the menu, a beautiful group of hotheads embarked on an impossible mission, in an assumed and joyful French touch. A great success, which received a sequel on August 25, 2023 on Disney +. Baptized Anti-gang, the reliefthis second episode was able to count on a choice cast composed of Cassiopée Mayance, Sofia Essaïdi, Jean Reno, Stéfi Celma and obviously Alban Lenoir. An actor who, definitely, will not have done things by halves to portray the role of daredevil Niels Cartier…
Anti-gang, the relief or the revenge of Alban Lenoir
Not really in line with the traditional police code of conduct, Niels Cartier chose to lay down his arms. Ex-member of the Antigang brigade of which he is one of the true legends, he was forced to call it quits following the failure of an operation which led to the death of his wife. A little less than ten years after this intervention went wrong, Niels will see the gang responsible for the death of his wife resurface. A golden opportunity to satisfy his thirst for revenge… For this, he will also get the help of his daughter. Only fourteen years old, she looks terribly like him in terms of character!
Alban Lenoir: “I got myself a good prison”
Like its first part, Anti-gang, the relief has lost none of its enthusiasm! On the menu, action in all directions and crazy stunts, like a twenty-meter jump from a building… To bring these high-tension scenes to life, director Benjamin Rocher was able to count on Alban Lenoir more than concerned. In the columns of Firstthe actor revealed that he had filmed “100%” waterfalls itself… And a little more! Because yes, “there were even some that were not planned”as the filmmaker shared. Stunts on the fly, that may have worried the film team. Alban Lenoir says: “I took a good beating. There was a little wavering moment where everyone wondered if I was going to get up, but everything is fine.” Having an actor capable of such feats, undeniably a plus for Benjamin Rocher: “He is a very generous actor, even when it is not planned he does stunts! More seriously, the advantage of having an actor who does his own stunts is to be able to make plans close together and have his expressions and reactions to the image in the middle of a fight.”
