The departmental seminar of the 32 France Services spaces in Eure brings together 100 people.
Charles Giusti, prefect of Eure, invited all the partners of the France Services spaces in Eure to the annual departmental seminar.
Welcomed by the Roumois-Seine commune community and its president Sylvain Bonenfant, around a hundred advisors, representatives of partners and communities supporting structures gathered Thursday, December 19 in Bosroumois to take stock of the year 2024, address projects for 2025 and discuss their practices.
Eure has 32 France Services spaces, including 3 itinerant, 20 minutes from each user's home. This network of France Services spaces provides first-level shared local reception for all users, thus ensuring better accessibility to public services. They provide an expanded common base of services defined on the basis of a national partnership with 11 organizations: retirement insurance (CARSAT), family allowances (CAF), health insurance (CPAM), MSA
Agricultural social mutualitythe Justice points, Public Finances, France Travail, La Poste, France Titles, France Renov' and the Energy Check.
The 80 advisors from the 32 France Services spaces in Eure have provided more than 160,000 supports so far in 2024, compared to 155,000 in 2023. With a success rate of procedures from the first meeting of the order 86%, and a measured satisfaction rate of 92%, the quality is also there.
The prefect underlined the importance of the role of France Services advisors: “You do essential work, close to citizens who come to see you because they are having difficulties. It is your smile and your help which show on a daily basis that the State is made up of women and men who are at their service every day.”
He recalled that the France Services spaces must meet three challenges:
- increase the number of people supported;
- absorb new missions: in 2025, URSSAF and AGIRC-ARRCO will join the national bouquet of partners;
- reduce the digital divide, by ensuring good coordination between the France Services spaces and digital advisors, as the State has committed to doing in the “France digital ensemble” roadmap.
The seminar was an opportunity for advisors to share good practices, to continue structuring the network with partners and the Eure prefecture, and to take stock of training needs.
