“I’m a pretty strict person”: Arthur opens up about his family life

Saturday December 21, Arthur is Isabelle Ithurburu's guest on the show 50’ Insidebroadcast on TF1. During this interview, an extract of which was revealed on social networks, the host spoke about his relationship with his three children aged 27, 15 and 9 years old.

He is one of the most powerful hosts and producers on the small screen. For more than ten years, he found true love in the person of Mareva Galanter. Together, the former Miss France 1999 and the host gave birth to a little girl named Manava, born on August 5, 2015. Before crossing paths with Mareva Galanter, Arthur was already the father of two children: a first son, Samuelborn from his relationship with the actress Léa Vigny, and a second son, Aaronthe fruit of his love story with Danish model Caroline Nielsen.

Asked by Isabelle Ithurburu in 50’ InsideSaturday December 21, Arthur spoke about his eventful family life with his wife, his two boys aged 27 and 15, and his 9 year old daughter. “I'm a fairly strict person, we'll say, less fun at home than in life”he admitted. The facilitator nevertheless authorizes his children “one week a year called yes week”. “They decide where I should go and I don’t have the right to say no”he explained.

A week during which Arthur finds himself in improbable situations. “So it might be finding myself in an amusement park in Florida in a swimsuit with full screen and plastic shoes and a rubber ring, riding slides for five days and eating burgers.”he continued. “And I wonder if now isn’t the week I’m going to make my father suffer…”added Arthur.
