On numerous occasions, Jean-Pierre M. raped his wife in the company of Dominique Pelicot. His wife with whom he has six children decided not to file a complaint. He confessed to the facts and declared that he regretted his actions.
Among the 50 co-defendants of Dominique Pelicot at the Mazan rape trial, Jean-Pierre M. was the only one not to be prosecuted for facts about Gisèle Pelicot.
Nicknamed Pelicot’s “disciple”, this truck driver, now 63 years old, is accused of having reproduced the same process of chemical submission, in the company of Dominique Pelicot, on his own wife, who however did not file a complaint against him.
Together they had six children. However, on at least twelve occasions, he sedated and raped her thanks to the (malicious) advice of Dominique Pelicot. Together, the two men also raped JP.M.’s wife.
Dominique Pelicot “was present at least ten times at the time of the events which were, again, filmed, before the images were stored on Dominique Pelicot’s computer equipment”, details Libération.

Under the nicknames Rasmus, Pierreor KimJP.M. explained that he was a user of the Coco site (where Dominique Pelicot recruited his acolytes) after the death of his father in 2013. He said he was looking for rape scenes, “like those experienced by mom” he said. He recalls having witnessed in his childhood rapes committed against his mother by strangers brought back to the family home by his father.
This is how he met Dominique Pelicot in 2015. He refused the latter’s proposal to rape Gisèle Pelicot. “So his correspondent sends him videos of rapes of his wife and suggests that he reproduce the same protocol of submission with his wife, which he accepts. Dominique Pelicot will provide him with the tablets and the instructions for use, namely from the administrations of anxiolytics, gradually increasing the doses, until ensuring total lethargy”, underline our colleagues.
During the trial, JP.M. admitted to having been a “rapist”, carrying out “vile acts”. He notably expressed regrets.
In detention since March 2021, he was sentenced this Thursday, December 19 to 12 years of criminal imprisonment and 5 years of socio-judicial supervision.
A decision which his lawyer, Me Patrick Gontard, announced that he would not appeal. “He finds a little space and image with his family, he continues to embark on the path of reintegration,” he said in particular.
