Éric Perrot’s nod to the Norwegian Martin Uldal (World Cup)

Éric Perrot finished seventh in the Grand-Bornand sprint this Thursday, with only one error facing the targets and only the 22nd skiing time. A result which, however, leaves him alive for Saturday’s pursuit, which he will start 41’7 behind the Norwegian Martin Uldal, winner for the first time in the World Cup. “It was really hard. It was a good fightconfided Perrot after the race. I felt good on the shooting range. I had a little challenge to take on in my head and a revenge to take here compared to my last two participations. It’s missing a little. There is a bit of frustration because by doing a 10/10, you always hope to be further ahead. I am satisfied with this beautiful, solid race, which is in line with the start of the season. I have two races left (continuation Saturday, mass-start Sunday) to play all the way up front. 40 seconds of delay before the chase isn’t much, it’s just two small balls. »
