The first draft Decree No. 2.24.522 amends and supplements Decree No. 2.22.385 issued on Shawwal 17, 1444 (May 8, 2023), updating “the list of administrative decisions necessary to complete investment projects for which the deadline for processing and delivering related applications does not exceed 30 days.”
The communication stressed that this text comes “within the framework of updating the administrative decisions listed in the annex to Decree No. 2.22.385, which are the administrative decisions necessary to complete investment projects within the period specified as 30 days.” The project also includes new provisions that take into account the requirements of Law No. 83.21 related to regional multi-service companies and the regulatory texts associated with it, especially with regard to administrative decisions related to the National Office of Electricity and Potable Water – the electricity sector.
