A school born from confinement

The Inverdance troupe was born from an original initiative during confinement. Deprived of swimming pools, Mélinda, an artistic swimming coach, discovers inversion stools. She begins training at home and sharing her videos with her students. Their mutual enthusiasm gave birth to a new discipline: reverse dance.

Once the confinement is lifted, Mélinda keeps her promise: rent a room and create a collective choreography. This passion led to the opening of the first reverse dance school in France. Today, it has 43 students, including 10 members of the troupe participating in the show.
