Medi Sadoun : I felt like myself! I could be Santa Claus! It happens to me all the time to chat with my neighbor, my plumber, a tramp. A new face is a new person to meet. By his symbolism, Santa Claus is altruistic. If I was asked to do this job, even on a voluntary basis, I would do it.

You are the common thread of this sketch TV movie. So you meet all its characters and therefore all its actors and there are a plethora of familiar faces. So many different actors and acting styles. Is it easy to tune all these tones?
No, it’s not simple. But in reality, you just have to listen to your partners. Like that scene at the beginning with the dinner where the whole family is arguing. My character arrives in the middle of these confusions so I approached this scene as if I arrived there, too, at their table. François Berléand has an incredible score, Camille Lellouche, Shirley Bousquet, François-Xavier Demaison are incredible.

I still live in the same place. I still have the same friends. So yes, this theme speaks to me, that’s why I accepted this role.

Santa Claus at Home is made by Manu Joucla of Nous Ç Nous. Other members of the band like Éric Collado, Bruno Salomone and Éric Massot play in it. What do they represent for you?
They made me burst out laughing! When I saw them, I wanted to parody them. On set, between takes, they showed me videos of their sketches. I couldn’t believe being with them. I’m a fan!
