After the suspension (and therefore for the moment the failure) of the formal notices against Bolloré Logistics and Blues Solutions, the prefecture and Dreal are attacking (once again) Highway Logistics 8, the warehouse owner which burned in the fire of January 2023 through an order published on December 16, 2024.

After the administrative court suspended the formal notices from Dreal issued against Bolloré Logistics and Blue Solutions which were intended, in part, to make them finance this hydraulic barrier, the State services are renewing the maneuver therefore in the direction of the owner of the premises, Highway France Logistics 8 which has already been the subject of at least two updates in residence.

In this new decree, Dreal also insists on the non-compliance of the company in its treatment of site pollution (such as the absence of pumping and the cessation of operation of the hydraulic barrier).

The State orders HFL8 to reinstall the hydraulic barrier

In this text, Dreal recalls “the urgency to restart pumping to avoid damage to the environment”, while specifying that “part of the equipment is already on site” and that purchase orders have already been issued. written. In short, Highway “just has to” put its hand in its wallet to respect the various formal notices which was sent to him since the disaster.
