Some supporters of the Royal HFC complained about the departure from the Philips Stadium after the KNVB Cup match against PSV. As always, there were nets in front of the away section and the two gentlemen were not happy about that.
Royal HFC traveled to Eindhoven with no fewer than 1,300 supporters. The second division team lost 8-0 against the national champions due to goals from Hirving Lozano, Guus Til, Ricardo Pepi (twice), Ivan Perisic (twice) and own goals from Mitchel Michaelis and Ruben Heeremans.

Despite the defeat, the supporters go home satisfied. “This result is really flattering. I thought HFC was really unhappy with the finish,” says the supporter, who believes that the club should have scored at least one ‘honorary goal’. “I certainly expected that and they certainly deserved it. I think they played quite well and combined well.”

Criticism of PSV
The man and another Royal HFC supporter had one point of criticism for the people of Eindhoven. “I thought it was a shame that we had to look at the mesh upstairs,” says the man. “It’s a shame. We are very good supporters,” his fellow supporter adds. “That they cannot remove those nets for the HFC supporters. I think that is a real shame. We deserved that. We are really good supporters. We stand for the club and are not going to throw or anything. We are just there for it. the club.”
