For several days, during filming and on social networks, the Don't forget the lyrics team had been talking about a big change to come for the show. No new rules under discussion, but… a new decor!
“It's even more beautiful than I imagined”, confides Nagui in a real Instagram dating from Sunday December 15, 2024, published on the show’s account Don't forget the lyrics. After more than 7,000 shows filmed with one and the same setting, it has come time for renewal! A new decor will be revealed on the set of the show this Monday, December 16, 2024.
A big change that shakes up Nagui as much as his teams!
“It's almost moving… it's downright moving”, explains the star presenter of Don't forget the lyrics. “When you have the same setting for 17 years and you make it evolve by exploding it in every sense of the word, it's exciting (…) It makes you want to do seventeen more years”, he continues on this same video from the show’s account. An open-hearted declaration and an emotion that extends not only to him, but also to the musicians who, every day, accompany the candidates as much as the public in the room and in front of their television. It is also in another real Instagram published a few hours after that of Nagui on the social networks of Don't forget the lyricslet the “zikos” discover the set and give us their direct opinion!
“You will hallucinate!”
What do they think of the new set, and what can we expect? In the myriad of responses visible below the video, everyone seems to agree on one point: this new decor is impressive and they really like it! “It's too beautiful”, “I am very impressed”, “I find it magnificent”, everyone, including Fabien Haimovici, confides to us.
But, more precisely, what will change? Nathalie Loriot explains with great enthusiasm at least one of the details of this great change: “See you at the bottom, finished up there, on the perch!”. Yes! From now on, the group's artists will be very close to the heart of the show, a few steps from the candidates and Nagui. What should make them happy: “It gives us a boost and we want to do well!”, says one of them in the video. In the meantime, for our part, we are at least as excited as them to discover all this!
