Real estate fraud file.. The judiciary convicts Boudriga and his partners to 24 years in prison

The Criminal Chamber of First Instance of the Court of Appeal in Casablanca distributed 24 years in prison to those prosecuted in a real estate fraud case in which “A. Boudriga, brother of the former Raja Casablanca club president, accompanied by a famous notary.

In the early hours of Saturday morning, the court convicted the main defendants, “A. Boudriqa” and the notary, who are prosecuted in the case of the real estate property called “Bilad Hada” subject to real estate drawing number “49/11384” in Tit Mellil, were sentenced to six years in prison for each of them.

The court also imposed the same prison sentence against the defendant, “Al-Batoul,” the adopted daughter of the property owner, and one of the brokers named “A. Selsouli,” while the “Alami” mediator was sentenced to three months in prison. B., while it acquitted a middleman named “Al-Qarawani” who was suspected of being behind the recruitment of the “forged woman” and claiming that she was the owner of the seized property.

Seven people were prosecuted in this case, led by Boudriqa’s brother and a notary, who had been arrested following a complaint filed by a deceased heiress accusing them of forging documents to seize land on the property of her mother, the owner of the real estate property called “Bilad Hada,” the subject of real estate tax number “49/11384” in Tit Mellil. .

It is known that Boudriga’s brother was arrested along with the notary at Mohammed V Airport in Casablanca, after they were about to leave the national territory.

The aforementioned file previously witnessed the death of an elderly woman who was being prosecuted in the case. She had been used in the forgery case to claim that she was the owner of the property in question.

The pre-trial sessions witnessed the denial of the accusations attributed to them, as Al-Munash Al-Aqari, “A. Boudriqa” that he did not know prior knowledge of the detainees, which is the same thing that the adopted daughter of the property owner said before the Commission.

The Public Prosecution Office at the Casablanca Court of Appeal filed a charge against Al-Mnanch Al-Aqarii of participating in the forgery and use of two official documents, as stipulated in the chapters of the Criminal Code.

The famous notary in Casablanca was also prosecuted by the Public Prosecution on charges of forging and using official documents, including the final sales contract, participating through instigation in forging an official document, and concealing private documents containing and creating obligations and actions that would hinder the search for crimes.
