The 21-year-old player, as well as his colleague Hugo Auradou (player from Pau), was cleared by a dismissal of charges pronounced by the Argentine courts after accusations of aggravated rape brought by a 39-year-old woman. This Saturday against Bristol, he should play his first match since the charges were dropped (the plaintiff's camp has however announced its intention to appeal).

“From the start, he hasn’t shown anything,” commented his manager Ronan O’Gara at a press conference. “He's a professional, he's always been focused on rugby. I don't know how he experiences these moments. I imagine it's very difficult.”
He continues: “There is a dismissal of the case, there is no reason to discuss it or to doubt it. No! It’s over. […] He came very close to spending 10 years in prison in Argentina.”

“As a coach, I am proud of him, but I always keep an eye on him.
