Released in 2005, this thriller-based romance tells the story of Anthony Zimmer, a criminal finance genius actively sought by police around the world. On screen, we find a famous duo of French actors: Sophie Marceau and Yvan Attal. That's not all, we also note the presence of Gilles Lellouche, Sami Frey, Samir Guesmi, and even Daniel Olbrychski.

A visually captivating thriller

In addition to being brought to the screen by a resplendent pair, this thriller mixing love, betrayal and suspense, is distinguished by its very careful photography, as well as its staging which is somewhat reminiscent of the essential Usual Suspects by Bryan Singer .

This striking visual is precisely what captivated the spectators, as evidenced by the comments published on AlloCiné: “A very stylized production, supported by quality music”, “The image is very neat”, “An image, a sound, stunts, camera movements…”or “A classic thriller, very rhythmic and with sumptuous photography”.

For all this, Anthony Zimmer was nominated at the 2006 Film Festival in the Best First Work category. And although the film Jerome Salle did not win the precious sesame, he still managed a great feat: to make people talk about him!
