Barça is getting back on track

Unable to win in its last three league outings, Barça set the record straight this Tuesday. At the opening of the 16^e lifting of La Liga, the Catalans disposed of Mallorca away with a clear score of 5 to 1.

Facing 6^e of the ranking, Flick's men still experienced some difficulty in imposing their law. At the end of the first period, they even conceded a goal from Muriqi by missing one of their sequences to put the opponent offside. But, for once, they knew not to demobilize after a hard blow. Returning from the locker room, they passed the second and ended up crushing the Mallorcans.

Raphinha carries Barça

It was Raphinha who inspired the Blaugrana. Ferras Torres opened the scoring in the 7th^e minute, but the Brazilian allowed his team to escape at the mark by scoring a double. He planted the second on penalty (56^e) before adding a third to 74^e on a service from Lamine Yamal. Frenkie De Jong then added to the score with a shot at the edge of the area after a ball was pushed back by the goalkeeper (79^e). Finally, at 84^ethe young Pau Vitor completed the success of his team with a close recovery.

With this victory, Barça regains a four-point lead over their Madrid rival. Certainly, Real have three matches in hand but this temporary mattress is still comforting. The three points acquired also allow the Catalans to dispel doubts and put an end to the crisis in which they had recently been stuck.
