Mbappé refers the matter to the LFP disciplinary committee

The financial conflict between PSG and Kylian Mbappé will continue, while the former striker has referred the matter to the LFP disciplinary committee for “failure to pay bonuses and salaries”, according to AFP.

The financial conflict between Kylian Mbappé and PSG is likely to last. For months, the two parties have been at open war over the issue of the 55 million euros owed by the capital club to the top scorer in its history. The last episode of the soap opera, on November 22, reported a rejection by the FFF concerning a request from PSG for a new examination of the League's request. “Contrary to certain information disseminated in the media today, the French Federation has in no way commented on the merits of the dispute between Saint-Germain and Mr. Kylian Mbappé. No federal injunction has therefore been formulated “, said the FFF, which also affirmed that “the request for federal evocation of the file, which it had received, did not meet the required conditions”.

A hearing scheduled for December 11

In this case, the capital club had a deadline of ten days to complete its procedure, but validated its request after eleven days, on Tuesday, November 5. In August 2023, Kylian Mbappé committed to a visibly oral agreement to waive 55 million in various bonuses in the event of a free departure at the end of last season. Having left for Real Madrid since then, the one who is struggling to find his feet but found the net on Sunday against Getafe (2-0), is not finished in this conflict.

Indeed, the top scorer in the history of the capital's club has referred the matter to the disciplinary committee of the Professional Football League for “failure to pay bonuses and salaries” on the part of PSG, AFP learned, s based on an internal source at the national body. According to this same source, a hearing will take place on December 11 in this financial conflict which has been the focus of football news for several months.
