“Unless there is a complete change of heart by the government”, the National Rally will vote for censorship

Censorship from Michel Barnier's government appears inevitable this Sunday evening. On the eve of a possible 49.3 on the Social Security budget in the National Assembly, the tension between Matignon and the National Rally (RN) has risen another notch. Earlier in the day, RN president Jordan Bardella had already prepared people's minds for this scenario. “By stubbornness and sectarianism, the government minority therefore puts an end to the cycle of negotiations, at the risk of provoking its censorship,” the MEP wrote about X.
