Dominica expresses its full support for the territorial integrity of Morocco at the 16th edition of MEDays

The Prime Minister of the Commonwealth of Dominica, Roosevelt Skerrit, expressed on Friday in Tangier his country’s full support for HM King Mohammed VI’s Atlantic Initiative, hailing the Sovereign’s leadership in promoting South-South cooperation .

The Royal Initiative is “very crucial to allow our countries to achieve the desired objectives and face common challenges,” Skerrit stressed in a statement to the press, on the occasion of his participation in the 16th edition of the MEDays International Forum.

The Prime Minister of the Commonwealth of Dominica noted that Morocco, thanks to its political stability and the leadership of His Majesty the King, is an important player in promoting South-South cooperation, peace and prosperity.

After recalling his country’s support for the territorial integrity of the Kingdom, Skerrit highlighted the growing international support for the Moroccan autonomy plan in the Sahara.

The 16th edition of the MEDays International Forum continues in Tangier until November 30, under the motto “Sovereignties and resilience: towards a new global balance.”
