Sabrina Carpenter is serving up some major footwear moments for her upcoming Netflix special “A Nonsense Christmas.”
The streaming service shared a first look ahead of the holiday special’s debut that show the “Espresso” songstress in a slew of platform styles accompanied by head-turning accents.

Said styles included a bedazzled pair of platform sandals in silver featuring caged peep toes and thin ankle straps. Worn while sitting on Santa’s lap, Carpenter also wore stark white platform mules with peep toes.

Getting into the holiday spirit, Carpenter also appeared to be wearing black leather ankle-length booties fixed with faux-fur trim in white. The style was made to mimic Santa’s iconic footwear. The “Feather” singer often opts for platform styles of all kinds to combat her height or lack thereof.
This trick is utilized by many vertically challenged stars including Florence Pugh, Lady Gaga and Ariana Grande. Special guests set to appear on the holiday special thus far include Shania Twain, Cara Delevingne, Quinta Brunson and Chappell Roan.

“A Nonsense Christmas” is a 2024 holiday variety music special starring Sabrina Carpenter that will be streaming exclusively on Netflix on Dec. 6 at 6 p.m. PST / 9 p.m. EST. According to Netflix, the holiday special will see Carpenter perform songs from her holiday EP “Fruitcake,” along with other chart-topping holiday covers. The special will also feature guest performing artists, comedic cameos and unexpected duets.

Carpenter’s shoe rotation tends to be sleek and whimsical. The “Almost Love” singer frequently wears platform pumps, sandals and boots with towering heels from brands including Valentino, Stuart Weitzman, and Naked Wolfe.
Off-duty, she can also be seen in Converse, Nike and Alexander McQueen sneakers. Carpenter is a rising star in the fashion world as well, frequently making best-dressed lists and attending fashion shows for brands including Giambattista Valli, Michael Kors, Coach, and Elie Saab.
