The National Weather Service in Buffalo has issued a winter storm watch for several counties in New York, including Wyoming, Chautauqua, Cattaraugus, Southern Erie, Oswego, Jefferson and Lewis counties.. The advisory is in effect from Friday morning through Monday morning.
